Workplace safety is of the utmost importance at Felling Trailers. We hold monthly safety meetings covering various topics; recognize National Safety Month with weekly safety themes, fun quizzes, and prizes; and welcome solutions from team members to ensure a safe work environment. Given our emphasis on a safe work environment, we also celebrate safety success.
Our Sauk Centre production facility recently made it 90 days without an OSHA injury with lost time. To celebrate, we catered in lunch for each shift last week. Our Litchfield production facility also hit a major milestone: 2 YEARS without an OSHA injury with lost time. We catered in lunch for that team this week and held a random drawing for a big screen television. The lucky recipient is getting married in a few weeks and was hoping to purchase a big screen television soon. Evidently, his wedding present came early.
